Ms. Jones joins Alavi Anaipakos after spending nearly a decade with the national law firm Winston & Strawn LLP, where she represented clients in the financial services industry. She has over 25 years of experience in state and federal courts across Texas and nationwide.
Ms. Jones’ legal background includes representing numerous biotech industry clients in significant patent disputes and banks and other financial services companies in commercial litigation matters.
She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas; U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; and U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th Circuits.
