Alavi Anaipakos continues to build its deep roster of trial lawyers by welcoming Michael D. Myers as Of Counsel and Zeshan Mohiuddin as an Associate.
Mr. Myers previously managed a national class action and commercial litigation practice as a name partner at McClanahan Myers Espey, LLP, in Bellaire, Texas. Mr. Mohiuddin joined the firm after graduating from law school and earning a master’s degree in business administration.
Mr. Myers is a 25-year legal veteran who has played key roles in over 20 multimillion-dollar, court-approved settlements involving some of the world’s largest companies. His work before federal and state appellate courts includes landmark decisions covering life insurance benefits and personal privacy protections impacting millions of customers.
He is admitted to practice before state courts in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New York, in addition to the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; U.S. Courts of Appeal for the 5th, 10th, and 11th Circuits; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma; U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado; and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Mr. Mohiuddin earned his law degree at the University of Houston Law Center and his master’s in business administration from the school’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
